Welcome Incoming Sixth grade Parents!

It is that time again when we are looking for interested parents to become involved in the Middle School PTO for the 2012-2013 school year.Please join us the 4th Wednesday of every month for our PTO meetings in our Library.This is a great way to be “in the know” and to keep up with all the exciting events going on at the school!Despite popular misconceptions, there are many opportunities for parents to volunteer at the middle school level. 

Sign up as a volunteer for various committees, be on our twitter acct, sign up for the school’s online directory, order for the supply box for next year’s needed supplies, and find links for Kroger Rewards and for our Partners For PTO.

Exciting news from Hyatts’ PTO regarding 2012-2013 school supplies!

Hyatts’ PTO is going to help you relax this summer by offering pre-packaged school supplies through the convenient services of SchoolKidz.  On-line ordering will begin on May 15th and all orders mustbe placed by May 25th.  Please check the supply list on the Hyatts’ School website for items requested by teachers that will not be included in the kits (ex. tissues, calculators, etc).  Supply lists will be posted in the “Back to School” link in June.

Here are the steps in the ordering/pick-up process:

1.    Go to www.shopttkits.com

2.   Enter school code 26206

3.   Choose the approprate grade level kit based on the upcoming school year

4.   Add it to your shopping cart

5.   Enter your child’s first and last name

6.   Confirm your order and checkout.  Important Note:  You do not need to sign in or Create an Account when Checking Out.  You may checkout without an account by entering your email address only. 

7.   Pay by credit card directly to SchoolKidz

8.   You child’s supply kit will be available for pickup on Wednesday, August 15th from 11 am – 1 pm and from 4-6 pm.

*Note: The 8th grade supply packet will not include items for math, science and foreign language due to teacher specific requests in those subjects.
